Our Care Services
Rehabilitation and Therapy
Rehabilitation at Riverview offers the inpatient and outpatient therapy services you need to get back on your feet following a hospitalization, surgery, or acute medical event. We offer inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
At Riverview, we’ll work with you to create a personalized care plan with the right mix of therapy types to shorten your road to recovery. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff will be with you every step of the way to help you meet your goals.
A variety of accommodations are available in our rehabilitation center at Riverview, including furnished private and semi-private rooms. All are equipped with half baths, basic cable services, and Wi-Fi.
If you are considering or have scheduled surgery and would like to plan for your recovery needs, we recommend making a pre-surgery reservation. This will give you peace of mind that you’re prepared for your surgery and recovery. There is no financial obligation should your surgery be canceled or postponed.
Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
When your loved one can no longer live safely at home, long-term care can provide the necessary support and services. Long-term care residents at Riverview receive the help they need with activities of daily living in a comfortable, friendly environment staffed by respectful, compassionate health professionals who treat your loved one like their own.
While living at Riverview, your loved one will also have access to services and amenities designed to improve their overall health and wellness. Our care is patient-directed, meaning both you and your loved one will always have a say in their care plan.
Cranberry Park Assisted Living
If you or your loved one is looking to combine the security of care with the comforts of home, welcome home to our assisted living community at Riverview! Striking the perfect balance of independence and assistance, we offer help with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management as you enjoy the privacy of your own suite.
Riverview offers 60 spacious, private, one-bedroom assisted living suites that feature separate living, sleeping, and kitchenette areas, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, an emergency call system, a full private bath, and a walk-in closet. We encourage you to personalize your suite with your own furnishings.
Riverview is an ODA-certified Medicaid Waiver provider under the assisted living program. Admission criteria includes a prerequisite for individuals wishing to gain occupancy under the Medicaid Waiver program that requires private funds for a minimum of one year prior to eligibility for the Medicaid Waiver program. Assisted Living Rehab and Recovery
For a daily rate plus a level of care charge, Assisted Living Rehab & Recovery offers a comfortable, fully-furnished apartment suite alongside 24/7 nursing support and personal care assistance.

In addition, Riverview offers outpatient therapy for patients who need some type of physical, occupational, or speech therapy but are able to and choose to live at home while traveling to a rehabilitation center to receive services.

Respite Care
Respite care can be defined as a short-term stay for a loved one to allow a respite, or recovery time, for the caregiver. Some of the reasons a caregiver might seek a respite care stay for their loved one include a planned surgery, vacation, or needed time to manage their stress and personal health and well-being.
Riverview offers respite care, or short-term stays, that can vary from a few days to a few weeks. We provide furnished respite suites in both our skilled nursing and assisted living levels of care. Your loved one will have access to a nursing team 24 hours a day, with a personalized plan of care.
Respite-stay guests at Riverview receive the same patient-directed care as our residents. This includes a compassionate interdisciplinary team that ensures their individual needs are met as well as access to numerous services, activities, and amenities.
It’s typically best to plan ahead for a respite care stay, but we understand that it’s not always possible. If an urgent need arises, feel free to contact us to check our availability.
Hospice Care
Riverview’s signature end-of-life care allows residents to experience their final days with peace of mind and dignity. Our skilled medical professionals understand that a dignified passing is an elemental part of a good life. Dining Services
At Riverview, taste is just as important as health when it comes to our food. Our dining services manager works closely with registered and licensed dietitians to provide nutritious meals and personalized therapeutic diets, but that’s not the only thing that affects the menu — far from it. More than anything, we aim to provide delicious food that gives you the options you want.
That’s why we offer seasonal, bistro, and heart health menus, as well as numerous side dishes, ethnic favorites, and homemade soups and desserts. We also have flexible dining options — you can eat in one of our dignified dining rooms or enjoy room service, snacks, open pantries, guest meals, and coffee service.
